Fresh eyes are always important especially upon submittal. Ezines usually do not come with editors like magazines and newspapers. I have written for them as well.

Your question is unclear. If you are writing articles and submitting them to magazines, the magazine editor should do some editing. If you need to hire editors because your work is not well written, you probably should not be writing. Naturally, you have to pay an editor you hire. They are skilled people who worked hard to gain their skill. As a business owner you should understand that.
