I need to submit a link relating to a website for cell phones. The website currently has over 11,000 pointing to them. This leads to a few questions I have:

#1, Is there a resource online that posts directories relating to cell phones? NOT link farms, but well written directories relating to cell phones?

#2, Is there a resource online that posts ezines relating to cell phones? This must be well written and offer the option to post link for life!

#3, Should I charge a setup fee to create this link building? I mean with over 11,000 sites pointing to them I’ll need to do research on who is already linking.

#4, Should I charge a setup fee and $1 or $2 for each website I added their link to?
